What types of projects do you support?
We work on a wide range of developments — from single villas and apartment blocks to commercial buildings, rooftop extensions, and large-scale residential sites. Whether you’re building one unit or 100, we scale accordingly.
Do you only provide prefabricated materials?
No. While modern building systems are at the core of what we do, we also provide project management, site coordination, and access to specialist services such as design, engineering, and surveying.
Can you work with our existing architect or team?
Absolutely. We can collaborate with your existing consultants or provide support through our own trusted partners. We’re flexible in how we integrate into your workflow.
Are your systems approved for use in Malta?
Yes. All materials and systems comply with European standards and are reviewed for local buildability, planning compliance, and regulatory alignment.
Do you manage delivery and logistics?
Yes. We coordinate the full process from order to on-site delivery. Our systems are packaged and sequenced for efficient installation and minimal disruption.
Can you assist with building permits or energy performance calculations?
We can connect you with experienced professionals from our network who handle permitting, energy assessments, EPCs, and more. Just let us know what you need.
What’s the average lead time?
Most systems are delivered within 8–14 weeks from order confirmation, including time for technical coordination and manufacturing.
Do you offer after-sales or property management services?
Yes. We can provide long-term property management and building maintenance coordination where needed.
Can your systems be used in UCA areas?
It depends on the project/scope. However, for any areas with façade restrictions our systems cannot be used due to the Local Plan and designated area policy.
